The problem

Good service doesn't fill a sales calendar by itself

Most DFW commercial service companies grow on reputation. That works until you need more accounts than referrals can bring in.

Sales falls on the owner

You're running crews, quotes and payroll. Prospecting gets whatever time is left, which is usually none.

Referrals are unpredictable

Some months the phone rings. Some months it doesn't. It's hard to plan hiring or equipment around that.

An in-house SDR is slow and expensive

Recruiting, salary, tools, training and management, then months of ramp before the first meeting shows up.

How it works

Four steps from target list to booked meeting

  1. We define your ideal account and service area

Building types, company size, the zip codes you serve, and what makes an account worth your time. Written down and agreed before we start.

  2. We build the DFW target list

The properties and companies that fit, and the people who actually make the call: property managers, facility directors, owners and ops leaders.

  3. We call and email decision-makers

Phone and email, timed around the triggers that matter in your niche, like inspection deadlines, contract end dates and renewals. You approve every script and email before it goes out, and we send from separate domains, never your main one.

  4. Qualified meetings land on your calendar

Each one comes with notes, a reminder to the prospect before the meeting, and a weekly report on calls, emails, conversations and meetings.

What counts as a qualified meeting

Before we start, we put the definition in writing with you. Every meeting we book is checked against it. If it doesn't meet the definition, it doesn't count.

  • In your service areaThe property or company is inside the zip codes or cities you serve.
  • A real decision-makerThe person who signs or directly recommends, not a front desk or a gatekeeper.
  • A reason to switchAn upcoming inspection, contract or lease end, renewal, storm damage, or a problem with their current provider.
  • The right sizeBuilding, portfolio or headcount that fits the accounts you want.
  • A confirmed timeOn your calendar, accepted by the prospect, with a reminder sent before the meeting.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you use my name or yours when calling?

Usually yours. We reach out as part of your team, so the prospect hears your company name from the first call to the meeting. If you'd rather we introduce ourselves as Pipeline Growth Co calling on your behalf, we can do that instead. We settle it before outreach starts.

How fast do meetings start?

The first 1–2 weeks go to defining your ideal account, building the target list and writing scripts and emails with you. Calling starts once you approve them. Cold email starts a few weeks in, after the new sending domains have warmed up, so your emails land in inboxes and not spam. How quickly meetings follow depends on your niche and how many accounts in your area have a trigger coming up. We'll give you a realistic picture on the fit call.

What if someone doesn't show?

You don't pay for it. Every prospect gets a reminder before the meeting. If they haven't joined or arrived 15 minutes after the start time, it's a no-show and we follow up to reschedule. A meeting that gets rescheduled is billed once, when it happens.

What if a meeting doesn't meet the definition?

Tell us within 2 business days and we'll check it against the written definition of "qualified" we agreed on. If it doesn't meet it, you don't pay for it.

How long is the contract?

The pilot is 60 days with no long-term commitment. The retainer has a 3-month minimum, then runs month to month.

Do you work with my competitors?

No. We take one client per niche in DFW. If we're booking fire inspection site visits for you, we aren't booking them for another fire & life safety company in the metroplex.

What do you need from me?

A clear picture of the accounts you want and the area you serve, a short list of what makes you different, access to a calendar we can book into, and about 30 minutes a week to review the report and give feedback on the meetings.

Is outreach compliant?

Yes. We dial manually (no robocalls or autodialers), send honest emails with a clear sender and a working unsubscribe link, and contact businesses only. B2B only.
